A three-month program to equip your teachers with inquiry-based learning approaches.
the change learning program (inquiry-based)
Training + support to help your teachers develop future-focused, inquiry-based learning units for their students.
‘I knew about inquiry-learning before the program, but now I’m confidently designing and delivering deep and rigorous inquiry experiences for my students. I’m loving it as much as they are!’
aligning with your goals
Change Learning is a future-focused program, designed to help your teachers provide learning that equips their students to thrive in an ever-changing world. Yet, as educators ourselves, familiar with the demands of the present, we work with you to balance this future-forward approach by aligning the program with the current strategic focuses of your schools.
Your selected educators take part in an initial two-day workshop that sees them looking forward at the future of learning, and then building their capacity in rigorous and tested inquiry-based approaches through our ‘Learning Journey’ approach. Participants leave this workshop with a line of inquiry for a term of learning, a basic outline, and learning objectives. They return to Workshop Two (one day) for further inquiry-based learning training, and receive 360-degree feedback which they action through critique, revision and reflection. In the final one day workshop, your educators develop as instructional leaders through a facilitated peer learning day. Equipped with their refined units, they leave ready to implement them in the next term.
coaching + support
Throughout the program, all teaching teams can engage with unlimited design and coaching meetings with our lead facilitators through personalised email and video calls. During these meetings, participants access further learning, receive advice on decisions that need to be made and receive encouragement as they work to action their inquiry-based units.
The Change Learning Program is a rigorous and evidence-based learning experience that has been run since 2016. Across 141 EC programs, 5672 educators in Australia, the United States and Europe have led data-driven learning improvements for their schools. For the Change Learning Program all participants will leave with a ready to teach, assessable and curriculum aligned inquiry-based unit for the coming term.
