A three-month program to equip your teachers with project-based learning approaches.
the change learning program (project based)
Training + support to help your teachers develop future-focused, project-based learning units for their students.
‘While we know a lot about what works in learning, as teachers we need to continually learn ourselves and ensure that we are equipping our students as best as we can to thrive in their futures. This course made it easy to upskill with project-based approaches, and we were implementing them immediately.’

aligning with your goals
Change Learning is a future-focused program, designed to help your teachers provide learning that equips their students to thrive in an ever-changing world. Yet, as educators ourselves, familiar with the demands of the present, we work with you to balance this approach by aligning the program with the current strategic focuses of your schools.
Your selected educators take part in an initial two-day workshop that sees them looking forward at the future of learning, and then building their capacity in rigorous and tested project-based approaches. Participants leave this workshop with a driving question for a learning unit, a basic unit outline, and learning objectives. They return to Workshop Two (one day) for further project-based learning training, and receive 360-degree feedback on their units, actioning this through critique, revision and reflection. In the final one day workshop your educators develop as instructional leaders through a facilitated peer learning day. Equipped with their refined units, they leave ready to implement them in the next term.
coaching + support
Throughout the three month program, all teaching teams can engage with unlimited design and coaching meetings with our lead facilitators through personalised email, phone calls and video conferences. During these meetings, participants access further learning, receive advice on decisions that need to be made and receive encouragement as they work to action their project-based units.
The Change Learning Program is a rigorous and evidence-based learning experience that has been run since 2016. Across 141 EC programs, 5672 educators in Australia, the United States and Europe have led data-driven learning improvements for their schools. At the completion of the Change Learning Program, all participants will leave with a ready-to-teach, assessable, curriculum-aligned, project-based unit for the coming term.
